The Salmela Talent Team

Cory has a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, and can be found on the trails around Duluth or on a Citi-Bike shuttling between clients in NYC when he's not at his desk.
A background in international corporate project management and health and wellness consulting has given Megan the experience necessary to understand the needs of both teams and individuals, helping them reach their highest potential.
Megan received a B.A. degree in Spanish from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. (Hola!) When not working, she can be found trail running, cooking or spending time with her family outside.
A former educator whose unconventional career route led him to recruiting, where all his previously ancillary skills joined forces to take center stage.
Mickey has a degree in Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College. He's an enthusiastic dabbler in music, gaming and film appreciation and would happily jabber about Twin Peaks, The Beatles or very nerdy board games.
Kara is an Olympic athlete, competing on the US Biathlon Team during the 1998 and 2002 Olympics. Following that she was the co-owner of an outdoor adventure company, and an Event Director for several recreational sports events in Duluth, MN.
She has a BA in Exercise Science & Physiology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
Kate joins Salmela Talent after a decade of non-profit arts leadership at The Duluth Playhouse, where she shared her passion for building community, inclusiveness, education, and arts access. Prior to her tenure at the Playhouse she spent six years as a professional actor in New York City.
Kate earned her Theater degree in Acting from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She is an avid runner, yogini, and an enthusiastic advocate and contributor to the local arts community.
Clara Salmela, Office Mascot
Clara's one mission: Guard the Salmela Talent team from those who would dare enter the office. Her vigilant protection only wanes when the kindly humans in her life deign to share some of their delicious lunch.
She has a PhD in Napping and Barking from Canine Studies Institute.
